    2. Trimming the Wick: Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive smoking and ensure a clean burn.

    3. Placement: Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.

    4. Extinguishing: Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid extinguishing by dipping the wick into the wax, as this can cause smoke and sooting.

    5. Storage: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and melting.
